Licence
Every Northfold planner comes with this licence. It is written in plain language so you know what you can do with your files.

1. What you receive
When you buy a planner and pay in full, you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable licence, worldwide and unlimited in time, to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. What you may do
- Download and store the files on your own devices.
- Print the pages as often as you need for your own household.
- Import the PDFs into a tablet app and write on them.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, share, give away, lend or publish the files or printed copies.
- Use the pages commercially, for example in a course, a workshop you charge for, a client project or a product of your own.
- Edit the pages and present the result as your own work.
- Remove the Northfold name from the pages.
4. Teachers, coaches and teams
The standard licence does not cover printing for a class, a team or clients. If you need that, email us and we will quote an extended licence.
5. Our rights
Northfold keeps the copyright and ownership of all files. You are buying a licence to use them, not the files themselves. All pages are created by us: there is no stock artwork and no AI-generated imagery in them.
6. End of the licence
The licence ends automatically if you break these terms or if your purchase is refunded. You must then stop using the files and delete your copies.
