How do I get my files?

Right after payment you get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. You can download your files again from that email at any time.

Do I need special software?

No. The planners are PDFs. Open them with any PDF reader to print, or import them into a tablet app such as GoodNotes or Notability to write on them.

Are the planners dated?

No, every page is undated. You fill in the dates yourself, so you can start in January, in August or on a random Tuesday.

What paper size should I use?

Each download has A4 and US Letter versions. Print at 100% scale, or choose "fit to page" for smaller paper.

Can I print more than one copy?

Yes. You can print as many copies as you need for your own household. You may not resell, share or give away the files.

Can I get a refund?

Because the files are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the download is available, which you confirm in the basket. If a file is faulty or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See our refund policy.
